The free calculators
Our savings, debt and risk tools are illustrations. They use the figures and assumptions you enter, they simplify real life, and they do not account for taxes, fees, inflation or changes in your circumstances unless they say so. Their results are not projections or guarantees of any outcome. Check anything important with a professional before you rely on it.
No client relationship by visiting
Reading this site, using a calculator or sending us a message does not make you a client of Lotus Management. A working relationship begins only when you and Karen Whipple, the licensed professional who runs Lotus Management, agree to one, and any product you choose is governed by its own application, contract and disclosures.
Insurance products
Insurance products are offered through a licensed insurance professional, and availability varies by state. Not every product described on this site is available in every state, and features, costs and guarantees depend on the issuing company and the contract you receive. Guarantees are backed by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer.

Booking pages, the workshop calendar and some resources we link to are run by other companies, including our scheduling provider. We do not control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Our content
